As I’ve mentioned before; I am a huge Soap & Glory fan. I’m always on the look out for a decent eyeliner that is easy to use as I can find it quite difficult to apply sometimes (yes, I’m basically useless). Soap & Glory’s Supercat Carbon Black Extreme Eyeliner Pen is literally a godsend for me. Ive always preferred the ‘felt tip’ style eyeliners as I find them pretty easy to use and they normally last quite a while too.
I couldn’t resist giving Supercat a go when I spotted it in my local Boots and I am so pleased I got it. It’s extremely easy to use and the thin tip is just the thing for creating the perfect eyeliner flick. I love the packaging that the pen came in; it’s the trademark Soap & Glory black and pink and as always; has that fun vintage feel to it.
The pen is firm and the tip is just the right thickness. You can create a really thin line if you wish or go a bit thicker for a more dramatic look. Its really easy to get the line right against the lash line thanks to the precision tip. The best thing about this product is that the liquid dries quickly so it doesn’t smudge or transfer onto your eyelids which is great; it drives me crazy when you’ve got your eyeliner perfect and then it smudges everywhere. Unlike some eyeliners, Supercat lasts all day without so much as a single smudge; even when my eyes are watering it stays put which is perfect as this basically happens every morning!
My only criticism of the eyeliner is that it’s not quite as black as I would have liked and you do need to go over it once you’ve got your base line done otherwise it can look a bit washed out. Other than that I adore it and it is definitely my ‘go-to’ product when I fancy something a bit different to my normal makeup look.
You can get the eyeliner by clicking here and it’s only £6. What’s even better is that Boots currently have a 3 for 2 offer on selected Soap & Glory products so it would be rude not to really!
