I was feeling quite down this weekend and was a total emotional mess. Ask me why and I wouldn’t be able to tell you; I guess it’s just one of the perks of being female.
I took my dog for a walk on Sunday afternoon, just like I do every weekend and I felt instantly better. The woods were silent so Molly got to have a lovely run around whilst I got some fresh air and cleared my head. There’s something about walking in the woods that is really therapeutic. The peace and quiet on a Sunday is the perfect thing to lift my mood when I’m feeling stressed or anxious. What makes you guys feel better when you’re down?
